PADI Deep Diver qualifies you to dive to the recreational limit of 40 metres and counts toward the Master Scuba Diver rating. It pairs well with Enriched Air (Nitrox) for longer bottom times.
Deep training uses the granite pinnacles of the Similan park such as Koh Bon and Koh Tachai, where depth, moderate currents and pelagic action in the November-to-April season make for ideal deep-dive sites.
