The SSI Advanced Adventurer course in Bohol Panglao earns your Advanced Open Water Diver rating and lets you dive to 30 metres after five adventure dives. Panglao's varied sites, including the Balicasag walls and the Doljo and Napaling reefs, give you the deep, navigation and specialty experiences to advance your diving.
SSI Advanced Adventurer is built from the first dive of five different specialties, and each dive earns specialty credit toward the SSI Specialty Diver rating. Complete it and you gain the SSI Advanced Open Water Diver recognition rating, certified to 30 metres.
Adventure dives use the Balicasag Island Marine Sanctuary walls, the drift-prone Pamilacan channel and the easy Doljo and Napaling reefs, with turtles and schooling fish throughout. The calm December-to-May peak and warm 27-29C water deliver the visibility that makes deep and navigation dives straightforward.
