The SSI Night Diving specialty is delivered through SSI digital learning and counts toward SSI recognition ratings such as Specialty Diver and Master Diver. Torches and signalling gear are generally supplied by the dive centre.
Night dives use sheltered reef sites in the Gulf of Tadjoura that are first explored by day, so you know the terrain. Calm conditions and warm 24-30°C water through the October-to-February peak make after-dark diving comfortable.
